2011 Excellence in Education Awards

On 30th November, 2011 the Excellence in Education Awards for Western Sydney Region were held at Wyndham College.

 

Our school achieved awards in the inaugral Birrung Awards recognising excellence in Aboriginal Education and Achievement. The recipients were:

Tarryn Trindall - Regional Director's Award for Outstanding Student Achievement in Sport

Gloria Harrison - Regional Director's Award for Outstanding Contribution to Educational Achievement

                           by an Aboriginal Staff Member.

Lincoln Dawson - Regional Director's Award for Outstanding Contribution to Educational Achievement by

                            a non-Aboriginal Staff Member.

Maureen Coleman - Regional Director's Award for Outstanding Contribution to Educational Achievement                               by a Community Member.

 

We are proud to have such talented and successful people at our school and congratulate them for the recognition they have received!!
