Students from 1K, 2E, K3K and 2/6E attended a great excursion to the Australiana Pioneer Village at Wilberforce yesterday. Students were escorted around the village by volunteer guides dressed in period costume. Students watched a farrier shoeing horses, visited cottages from long ago, and tried doing a handwriting lesson on chalkboards at old-fashioned desks in an old-fashioned classroom. It was a wonderful experience enjoyed by all who attended!
