Don't be late - Save the date to vaccinate

Students who enrol from Preschool to Year 6 in a NSW Public School for the first time are required to provide an up to date vaccination record.

This document is available from Medicare or online from Centrelink.

The following website provides information about immunisations and provides a downloadable app to remind when immunisations are due.
